Company Summary:

One of South Florida’s largest and most well-respected landscape development companies is seeking a reliable, knowledgeable, and driven Branch Managers for multiple locations to join the team.

Position Summary:

The Branch Manager oversees all operational, financial, and personnel functions for a designated branch within the landscaping division. This leadership role ensures the successful delivery of contracted services by managing crews, account managers, schedules, client relationships, and profitability. The Branch Manager drives performance, safety, and customer satisfaction while aligning branch activities with company standards and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

• Lead daily branch operations including crew deployment, work ticket fulfillment, and job site quality control.

• Review and approve daily and weekly crew schedules to ensure routing efficiency and labor optimization.

• Monitor Aspire work ticket execution and ensure timely updates, closeouts, and service confirmations.

Client & Account Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, handling escalations and ensuring service excellence.

• Conduct regular site visits, client walkthroughs, and quarterly review meetings.

• Oversee Account Managers and support their preparation of proposals, renewals, and enhancements.

Financial Oversight

• Manage branch-level P&L, labor budgets, job costing, and margin targets.

• Approve payroll, materials orders, and vendor invoices in accordance with company policies.

• Ensure all completed work is billed accurately and on time.

Team Management

• Hire, train, and evaluate Account Managers, Field Supervisors, and key operations staff.

• Set performance goals and deliver feedback through regular coaching and formal reviews.

• Promote a positive safety culture by ensuring compliance with training, inspections, and incident reporting.

Strategic Growth & Reporting

• Identify upsell opportunities and drive enhancements or add-on services to existing contracts.

• Analyze Aspire dashboards and KPIs to report on performance and initiate corrective action where needed.

• Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, hiring forecasts, and growth strategies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in landscape operations or field services, including supervisory or managerial experience

• Proven success managing teams, client relationships, and P&L responsibilities

• Advanced knowledge of Aspire or similar operations software

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
