Licensed Vocational Nurse

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will provide compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes safety, dignity, and well-being. Overview As an LVN, you will deliver essential nursing services, support seamless patient care transitions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure positive outcomes. Your contributions will directly impact residents’ daily comfort and long-term health.
