We are seeking experienced Contact Center Representatives to deliver outstanding customer service, manage Roadside Service dispatch, and initiate sales across a diverse client base. Contact Center Representatives play a key role in fostering a culture of service excellence that exceeds typical industry standards. Join us in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where business is conducted with integrity, respect, and efficiency. *This role requires representatives to be present at our Memorial Road location. Training will take place over three weeks, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., beginning August 19th. Shift schedules may vary.* Job Functions:

- Delivers exceptional customer experiences by addressing all questions, complaints, and inquiries with utmost courtesy and professionalism to exceed the expectations of both internal and external customers.
- Supports customers, store staff, and restaurant personnel by managing inquiries through inbound calls, voicemail, emails, comment cards, U.S. mail, and other channels.
- Accurately and promptly documents customer incidents and resolutions in case records, emails, and other relevant formats.
- Conducts follow-up on customer cases and escalations to management, other departments, or customers, ensuring resolutions are recorded in case files.
- Manages the LR (Love Rewards) loyalty program by assisting customers and store personnel with general program inquiries, status levels, and account maintenance as required.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- Some College a plus
- 2-3 years Call Center and Customer Service Experience Preferred
- Hard skills: Computer Skills, Microsoft Office and Access, Customer Service Software, Typing
- Soft Skills: Excellent written/verbal communication, customer focused, ability to learn quickly, team player, attention to detail, thorough follow-up, and ability to multitask
- Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
- Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
