Hospitality HR Director: Culture, Talent & Strategy

Marcus Hotels & Resorts seeks an HR Director for HOTEL PASEO, Autograph Collection in Palm Desert, CA. You will lead all HR activities, partner with the Executive Committee, and shape culture across a 150-room luxury property. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in HR, hotel HR leadership, and strong knowledge of California labor law and HRIS systems. Spanish bilingual is a plus; bachelor’s degree required.
