The Manager Sterile Processing will support a high-acuity, 400+ bed hospital featuring 7 main operating rooms and 3 advanced surgical suites designed for efficient, reliable case flow. This SPD Manager will orchestrate standardized instrument sets, rapid turnovers, and validated decontamination and sterilization workflows to meet complex service lines including robotics, orthopedics, ENT, ophthalmology, general surgery, and GI/endoscopy. Seamless integration with perioperative scheduling, supply chain, and OR leadership maintains instrument availability, point-of-use cleaning compliance, and case cart accuracy on time and on target. Purpose-built reprocessing zones, ergonomic workstations, and endoscope reprocessing capabilities help the Manager Sterile Processing deliver safe, efficient, and survey-ready operations, empowering the Central Sterile Services Manager to sustain outstanding quality and throughput.
