You’ll be working hands-on with a major telecommunications client— AT&T —gaining real-world experience in customer acquisition, account management, and sales strategy from day one.

No prior experience? No problem. We provide paid training , mentorship, and a fast-track development program designed to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent AT&T products and services in a sales-focused environment
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Assist in executing face-to-face marketing and promotional campaigns
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Track performance and contribute to daily business objectives
• Collaborate with a high-energy team and leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
• Competitive, goal-oriented attitude
• Coachable, with a desire to grow quickly
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Background in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus (but not required)
