The University of Georgia's Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development (LLOD) Program in the Department of Lifelong Education, Administration, and Policy invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position specializing in Adult Education and Human Resource Development. The successful candidate will join the faculty on August 1, 2027.

• A letter of interest addressing the qualifications described, including a statement of the applicant's (a) research agenda and scholarly accomplishments, (b) teaching experiences and interests, and (c) record of securing external funding, along with plans for pursuing future sponsored research.
• A statement of research and how your research interests contribute to the field of Adult Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development.
• A curriculum vitae.

Duties/Responsibilities - This position requires (a) teaching the equivalent of two courses per semester in the program or department and (b) the delivery of face-to-face, hybrid, and online instruction on our Athens, Gwinnett, and Online campuses. Tenure-track faculty members in our department are full-time 9-month (academic year) faculty members who have a strong academic background, professional experience in LLOD, and a commitment to facilitating learning, leadership, and change with adults, groups, organizations, and communities in complex, shifting, transformative times. As with all faculty positions in the department, tenure-track faculty engage in scholarly activities; teach courses across LLOD programs; provide academic advising to students as assigned; and engage in service to the department, the University, and the profession.
