Tool Engineering Lifecycle Lead - Level 4

You will be the Tool Engineering Lifecycle Lead - Level 4 for the Tool Engineering team which is responsible for guiding tool‑engineering activities that support AMMM production operations. Responsibilities Provide guidance and development for Tool Engineers delivering floor, vendor and feeder‑plant support for AMMM production operations. Work closely with Production to develop new tools, repair existing tools, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions that improve quality and productivity. Serve as functional lead, mentor and trainer to current and newly hired tooling engineers. Create and update tool designs; develop and refine tooling processes and procedures. Coordinate with planning for tool‑order processing and manage contract tool‑design workforce. Basic Qualifications Tool engineering and design experience. Microsoft Office products experience. Experience reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings, schematics, specifications, and diagrams. Experience developing and coordinating complex metrics. Desired Skills Good communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams. Develop, construct and report metrics for the department. Assist in CAM activities when required. Coordinate with tool engineering, design, procurement, vendors, shop, and other organizations as required; provide status and develop enhancements. Work with databases and assist with bridging with other organizations and their systems and processes. Assist with tracking special projects and versions. Assist with quoting and BOE process for tooling requirements. Location Marietta, GA – Onsite Full‑time. Work Schedule 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Clearance Level None.
