This rewarding contract position offers flexibility for full or part-time work, with approximately 20 hours per week, starting as soon as possible and extending through May 16, 2025.

In this role, you'll use your expertise to empower students facing communication challenges, working alongside a collaborative team focused on student success and growth. From individual therapy to supporting IEP development, your skills will help unlock potential and support educational achievement.

You’ll thrive in this environment if you have:

• A master’s degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders
• An active Ohio SLP license
• Previous school-based experience working with children
• Superior communication and collaboration skills
• Certification as an SLP-CCC (preferred)
• Dedication to creating positive, supportive learning experiences

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Providing engaging, effective therapy in both individual and group settings
• Collaborating closely with educational staff to develop IEPs and ensure students’ success across school settings
