Embark on a rewarding opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving a vibrant school community in the Cleveland, OH area. This full-time contract position offers the chance to make a genuine difference for students from Pre-Kindergarten through high school, working in-person across two campuses. The assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through the end of the 2026–2027 school year.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Ohio licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Prior experience working with children in a school-based setting
• Ability to support students with diverse disabilities and communication needs, spanning ages Pre-K through Grade 12
• Strong collaboration skills and commitment to positive student outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students across assigned Pre-K, kindergarten (Prospect), and high school (Shaw) settings
• Conduct thorough speech/language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide both individual and group therapy aligned to student needs and IEP goals
• Maintain diligent progress notes and required documentation
• Partner effectively with educators, special education staff, families, and service providers
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, sharing input on goal setting and progress monitoring
