Call Center Representative

Are you someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and learning new technology? We're looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Cottage Grove, WI.

In this role, you'll work directly with customers, dealers, and service providers to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. Whether your background is in customer service, retail, hospitality, office administration, banking, healthcare, technical support, or a call center environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers through phone, email, and chat support
• Troubleshoot product issues using company tools and resources
• Help customers find solutions and answer product-related questions
• Create parts orders and coordinate service appointments
• Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation
• Work with teammates and internal departments to resolve customer concerns
• Learn and maintain knowledge of company products and services
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
• Deliver a positive customer experience with every interaction

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office or similar applications
• Ability to learn new systems and technology
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Positive attitude and willingness to help customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, office support, banking, healthcare, dispatching, technical support, sales, or a call center environment
• Experience working in a fast-paced setting
• Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously
