4 Senses Luxury Home Services is looking for a friendly, organized, responsible individual to manage our Residential Services Department. The person in this position will provide the vital connection between our customers, house cleaning teams, and Operations.

Our growing company is looking for an enthusiastic, customer service-oriented scheduler who would like to join our team!

The desired candidate should be professional and understand the value of compassionate service. Responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, answering phones, as well as the administrative duties involved with coordinating and keeping the technicians' multiple schedules up to date and accurate. A professional who understands the value of compassionate service and has a strong work ethic. Other duties as assigned.

• The ideal candidate:
• Must be a strong independent worker who can demonstrate good problem-solving skills.
• Must have at least 2 years of Customer Service experience
• Minimum one year of reception/scheduling experience in an office setting or equivalent customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Great eye for details

• Must be a persistent and goal-driven individual

• Highly proficient with computer skills

This position is required to work from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday – Friday.

Roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

-Finding/making spots for new bookings
-Strategic technician routing
-Take customer calls and accommodate reschedules, specific requests
-Reschedule jobs same day for absent employees, holidays, staff changes
-Communicate with customers about changes
-Alert customer when tech will be late
-Optimized every technician's day
-Confirm all unconfirmed appointments
