This position works directly with customers, providing information about available services, answering questions, and assisting with account needs. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys working with people, and is comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Previous customer-facing experience is helpful, but we are also open to candidates looking to build their professional experience.
