Compensation:

Base salary: $41,600

Top performers earn: $65,600+ with our competitive commission structure

• Actively participate in face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Develop and tailor insurance plans based on individual client requirements.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives as set by the management team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring continued service satisfaction.
• Stay informed about the latest insurance products and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales processes.

• Must hold or willing to acquire a valid Property & Casualty License in Nevada.
• At least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong ability to meet and exceed client expectations with a positive attitude.
• Ability to effectively close sales and detail oriented to manage complex transactions.
• Must demonstrate ability to analyze client needs and tailor insurance plans.
• A professional and enthusiastic approach to interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Competence in using CRM software and other sales-related technology.
