Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to support a strategic initiative involving the enhancement and expansion of an existing application platform. This individual will oversee project execution, manage third‑party vendor deliverables, track progress within ServiceNow, provide regular status updates, and coordinate across business and technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience leading vendor‑managed software development projects, a strong understanding of SDLC and application development, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while holding external partners accountable for successful delivery. Required Skills 5+ years of Project Management experience in application/software development environments Experience managing third‑party vendors and vendor‑led projects Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle), particularly custom application development Experience coordinating and managing deliverables across multiple workstreams Ability to elevate risks/issues appropriately Experience managing resources of 10+ individuals Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience providing weekly status reporting and project tracking Experience using ServiceNow for project tracking and management Desired Skills Previous experience on vendor‑driven software implementation projects Knowledge of custom application/platform development projects Experience in sports‑related organizations or projects Experience supporting automation and process improvement initiatives Beacon Hill is an equal‑opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
