What You'll Do

• Provide specialized 24/7 care for critically ill, unstable patients in the ICU
• Manage life-support equipment such as ventilators and titrate IV medications
• Conduct thorough head-to-toe assessments and interpret vital signs
• Administer medications following physician orders
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Document patient progress and update care plans accordingly
• Adhere to hospital protocols and policies

What You Need

• Current Michigan RN license and BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, preferably in a hospital setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to follow protocols in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
