Clinical Technician 1 – Medical Surgical Job Description Inova Mount Vernon Hospital – Medical Surgical is looking for a dedicated Clinical Technician 1 to join the team. Clinical Technician 1 – Job Responsibilities Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurses. Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors. Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system. May perform additional duties as assigned Training Must be available for six (6) non-consecutive weeks of paid training, consisting of: Virtual orientations (Two from 8AM -4:30PM) Classroom-style sessions: 8AM – 4:30PM (6 shifts total) Virtual training modules. On-unit shifts Minimum Qualifications Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
