Cable Technician - Level 2

*About the Role* We're hiring *Cable Technicians* to support largescale data center projects across Northern Virginia. This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy handson work, clean installs, and working in modern, highavailability environments. Whether you're early in your career or looking to sharpen your data center skill set, this team is known for developing techs and promoting from within.
*What You'll Be Doing*
* Read and interpret *cable maps, labels, and documentation* to ensure accurate routing and installation
* Perform *rack & stack* of network and server equipment following industry and site standards
* Pull, route, and stage *fiber trunks* (including highcount fiber such as 144count and 288count)
* Install and manage *fiber patch cords* and connectivity
* Dress and secure cabling in *basket trays, fiber runners, and other pathways*
* *Maintain clean, organized, and standardscompliant installations in active data center environments*
*Required Skills & Experience*
* 6+ months of experience in *commercial or data center cabling*
* *Handson experience with:*
* *Structured cabling*
* Fiber and copper installation (Cat5/Cat6)
* Cable pulling and dressing
* Rack & stack work

* Ability to follow technical documentation and labeling standards
* Willingness to work *day, night, and weekend shifts*
* *Comfortable traveling to multiple job sites across Northern Virginia*

This is a Contract position based out of Chantilly, VA.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
