Details:

• Nights - 7pm-7am with a weekend rotation
• Schedule is one week on, one week off
• Pharm D preferred
• Hospital experience preferred

Job Summary: Responsible for compounding and dispensing medications to hospital customers and employees as prescribed. Provides drug information and education to internal and external customers. Other duties as listed below. Qualifications:

• Graduate of school or college of pharmacy accredited by American Council on Pharmaceutical Education.
• Current license to practice in Oklahoma.
• Maintenance of license through approved continuing education courses.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to talk and converse distinctly with others in person and over the phone.
• Able to walk/stand for extended periods, some lifting. Able to reach, pull, push, bend, stoop, and kneel.
• Demonstrates adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to read/write, discern small objects, to accurately fill orders.
• Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.
• Must have strength/stamina to deal with stressful situations.
• Adequate fine motor skills and hand/eye coordination to type and accurately fill orders.
