Job Details Location: Townhomes at Double Creek - Round Rock, TX 78664 Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 hourly Job Type: Full-time Sandalwood Management is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to assist in the leasing office of Townhomes of Double Creek in Round Rock, TX. The Leasing Professional is the community’s sales representative. The primary duties of the leasing professional are to welcome prospects, understand their needs and wants, and to be able to professionally present the features and benefits of the community to properly secure lease agreements from qualified persons. Responsibilities Stand and greet everyone who enters the office Answer incoming phone calls and handle each call professionally whether it is a prospect call, resident, service request, etc. Welcome prospects to the property, understand their needs, build rapport and present the community as the ideal solution. Uncover and counter all objections and close the sale Inspect tour route, amenities, models and market ready vacancies daily to ensure readiness for viewing Acquire and maintain up-to-date and thorough knowledge of the apartment community, local competitors and neighborhood (local schools, restaurants, shopping, recreation etc.) Help maintain and update market survey monthly Review lease applications, assist with application verification and notify prospective residents of results Requirements 2+ years in Multifamily property management, proven track record of leasing success Strong admin and communication skills LIHTC experience, required Bilingual, required File management experience, required Ability to work Saturdays Valid driver’s license Yardi experience, strongly preferred Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug test Compensation Up to $20/hr depending on role and experience Monthly renewal commission and bonus opportunities Benefits Rent discount options (eligibility requirements may apply) Medical, dental and vision benefits packages, company paid life insurance and 401(k) Paid holidays and vacation time #J-18808-Ljbffr SANDALWOOD MANAGEMENT USA LP
