Location: Onboarding and training will take place in Ringwood, IL but crews travel to job sites across the country

Summary: We are looking for CDL Drivers & Laborers to join our team! You will drive a crew to a work site where you will complete industrial cleaning for our customers using hydro, dry ice, and/or sponge blasting techniques and vacuum trucks. We're looking for hard-working, detail-oriented, safety-minded people to join our team. The job can be physically demanding and requires overnight/weekly travel to work sites. We provide the vehicles, paid drive time, paid hotel accommodations, and a per diem for meals/expenses during trips. We also offer a benefits package to full-time employees.

Responsibilities:
Travel to work sites on an overnight/weekly basis and help out as a laborer as needed doing industrial cleaning using hydro, dry ice, and/or sponge blasting techniques and vacuum trucks.
Operate a vacuum truck, hauling and disposing of ethanol plant fluids and material.
Operate all intake and discharge valves, wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing the job.
Perform all safety inspections as required by DOT.
Perform and record all required DOT logs, pre-trip/post trip inspections.
Complete associated paperwork for each job including work tickets and DOT logs.
Maintain daily inventory and inspection of tools, hoses, fittings and valve connections on the unit for quality assurance to prevent failures or delays.
Report any vehicle or equipment defects to the Operations Manager.
Provide labor support for the entire job site to ensure jobs will be completed on time.
Log in to Keller Mobile Device to accurately track hours.
Turn in and code receipts for accounting.
Submit driver times/crew times to payroll at the beginning and end of each week.
Ensure the passengers' safety at all times while in a company vehicle for transport.
Complete and comply with OSHA and other Safety Training.
As needed, act as the Safety Hole Watch to ensure the safety of your fellow crew members working in confined spaces, keeping basic records of checks.
Safely operate high-pressure hydro, dry ice, and/or sponge blasting techniques and vacuum trucks as needed.

What We're Looking For:
CDL License required
Some experience as a general laborer, specifically in industrial cleaning is desired, but not required
Able to comply with DOT requirements
Hard-working, detail-oriented, safety-minded individuals
Able and willing to work in an industrial plant environment completing sometimes physically demanding tasks
Able to travel on an overnight/weekly basis to job sites
Able to lift up to 75lbs
Ability to understand verbal and written training and instructions
Ability to understand and comply with OSHA and other job safety requirements
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights; ability to access and work in confined spaces; ability to work in environments that aren't always a controlled temperature; ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions
Ability to stand, walk, and work long days as needed, sometimes in excess of 10 hours
Ability to operate various types of equipment
