Spicer Rudstrom, PLLC is a civil litigation defense firm, founded in 1963, with offices across Tennessee and in Little Rock, Arkansas. We value professionalism, balance, and developing attorneys into confident, capable litigators.
We focus on representing clients in insurance defense and other civil litigation matters, providing steady, high-quality work supported by a deep bench of experienced attorneys.
Our Memphis office offers a unique combination of strong mentorship, real litigation experience, and a collegial atmosphere. Our East Memphis office, conveniently located near Poplar Avenue and I-240, is a place where attorneys can build their skills, work with good people, and enjoy practicing law in one of the region’s most vibrant cities.
Associate Attorney – Memphis, TN (Litigation / Insurance Defense)
We are seeking a 3–5 year associate attorney to join our Memphis office.
This role is ideal for someone who wants meaningful litigation experience in a stable, collegial environment—without the burnout often associated with high-volume practices.
What you’ll do:
- Handle active litigation matters with increasing independence
- Take and defend depositions
- Participate in hearings and trial preparation
- Work directly with experienced attorneys and clients
