Regional Sales Manager - Petersen Industries

Petersen Industries is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to grow sales, strengthen dealer relationships, and support municipal and contractor customers across an assigned region. This field-based role combines strategic territory management, product training, forecasting, customer development, and hands-on equipment demonstrations.

The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional with strong industrial, municipal, contractor, or equipment-sales experience. You will serve as a trusted product expert for dealers and customers while partnering closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to identify opportunities, improve market position, and achieve territory growth goals.

• p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0"> Build and maintain customer relationships; lead territory meetings and represent Petersen Industries at trade shows.

• p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0"> Forecast sales demand, recommend inventory levels, and coordinate delivery schedules and order frequency.
