Summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager for Legends Global/Caesars Superdome | Smoothie King Center | Champions Square.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Supervise Housekeeping Supervisors, Scheduling Clerk, Storeroom Manager, and Housekeeping Event Supervisors

· Maintain appropriate inventory of supplies, meets with vendors to discuss and determine which will be used in the facility inside and outside maintenance personnel

· Train housekeeping staff as well as gaining up-to-date knowledge through seminars, etc.

· Tour the facility to ensure cleanliness inside and outside

· Oversee all operations for housekeeping at the Superdome, Smoothie King Center, and Champions Square during and post-event

· Able to function as a manager when needed

· Provide recommendations to management if disciplinary actions are necessary

· Enforce all policies and procedures

· All other duties as assigned

· Must successfully pass a criminal background check

· Must have knowledge of staffing requirements

· Strong communication and organizational skills for planning coverage around events required

· Fluency in English and Spanish preferred

· Knowledge of management principles and procedures as relates to personnel deployment and utilization

· Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Education and/or Experience

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Minimum of 3 years maintenance experience

· Supervisory experience preferred
