- Responding to customer inquiries, creating price quotes, processing orders, and handling returns across multiple communication channels
- Partnering with customers and account managers to recommend products and solutions, and sourcing parts from inventory and suppliers
- Supporting margin improvement and adopting efficiency-enhancing processes
- Gaining product and system knowledge to assist customers and coordinate supplier engineering support
- Performing warehouse and shipping functions: receiving, verifying, stocking, preparing orders for shipment, maintaining supplies, pulling parts, and ensuring inventory accuracy
- Operating material handling equipment safely and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- Have at least 1 year of customer service, inside sales, mechanical, or maintenance experience (industrial distribution preferred)
- Possess strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and comfort with PCs/software
- Are familiar with warehouse systems and processes
- Hold a high school diploma or GED
- Can stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 45 lbs)
- Have a valid driver’s license and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement
