Join us.Your role.Your work will include, but not be limited to:Provide transaction-oriented accounting and reporting assistance for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and management buyoutsPrepare detailed financial analysis to assist clients evaluating acquisition decisionsParticipate in client meetings and site visits while interacting with top-level management to acquire and assess important information for financial analysisAssist with development and review of financial reports to determine quality of historical earnings and assets and liabilities to be acquiredAnalyze financial statements to determine sustainability of performanceDetermine EBITDA and working capital adjustments that consider GAAP, pro forma information, and non-recurring itemsAssist in preparing proposals and engagement lettersOrganize varying projects against deadlines and mange time effectivelyThe qualifications.Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or FinancePreferred Certifications: CPA8-9 years of total experience with a minimum of 2 years in a Transaction Advisory Services practice required.
