Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Provide compassionate, high-quality mental health therapy to individuals and families Work with clients from diverse backgrounds, age groups, and demographics Create a flexible clinical schedule while meeting position requirements Build and maintain a client caseload with support from the organization Provide services through the organization's behavioral health programs, including mental health therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and social skills groups Participate in individual and group clinical consultations Work with assigned clients without traveling between client locations Complete clinical work while the organization handles billing, marketing, administrative tasks, and credentialing support Gradually increase clinical hours as credentialing is completed and the caseload is built Requirements Must hold an active California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Must be an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the State of California Willingness to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, age groups, and demographics Experience or interest in working with children under 12 is highly preferred Bilingual Spanish-speaking clinicians are highly encouraged to apply Part-time clinicians must work 20 or more clinical hours per week Ability to provide quality mental health care to clients Depending on the selected employment arrangement, credentialing may be required Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in providing compassionate mental health therapy to diverse clients, including children, while holding an active California license as an LMFT or LCSW. Capable of managing a flexible clinical schedule and building a client caseload within the organization's behavioral health programs.
