Licensed Therapist (LMFT or LCSW)
At Heredia Therapy Group, we are a collaborative, family-friendly behavioral health organization dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to the individuals and families we serve.
Our services include mental health therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and social skills groups. We offer clinicians the independence and flexibility of private practice within the supportive framework of an established, team-oriented organization.
Clinicians are paid per completed client hour under our private-practice compensation model.
Opportunities are available for both part-time and full-time clinicians.
Clinicians who are bilingual in Spanish and/or comfortable working with children under 12 years old will receive priority consideration and may qualify for higher compensation rates.
Flexible Scheduling
Clinicians have the flexibility to create a schedule that works best for their professional and personal needs while meeting the requirements of their selected position.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Experience or interest in working with children under 12 is highly preferred.
Bilingual Spanish-speaking clinicians are highly encouraged to apply.
Flexible Workload Options
~ Part-time: 20 or more clinical hours per week.

We Handle the Administrative Work
We want our clinicians to focus on what matters most: providing quality care to their clients.
No billing, marketing, or administrative responsibilities.
Credentialing support provided.
Heredia Therapy Group is contracted with multiple insurance plans, giving clinicians access to several established referral sources.
We help build and maintain your caseload.
Clients are assigned directly to you-there is no need to travel between client locations.

Depending on availability and the selected employment arrangement, clinicians may begin with a part-time caseload while credentialing is completed and gradually increase their clinical hours as their caseload is built.
Clinicians may choose from in-office or hybrid opportunities, depending on organizational and client needs.
