Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy services through individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the needs of our clients.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand client backgrounds and develop informed, client-centered treatment plans.

• Monitor client progress, implement crisis intervention strategies as needed, and adjust care plans to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.

• Work closely with fellow clinicians to present cases during regular consultations and clinical meetings, supporting a collaborative culture.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in mental health and addiction treatment, fulfilling ongoing continuing education requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. The clients often face significant challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression, necessitating a trauma-informed approach. Your expertise will be vital in guiding them toward recovery and providing them the tools needed for sustainable change.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Valid California LCSW license (required).
\n
• A minimum of two years post-licensure experience in clinical settings, preferably in outpatient or detox environments.

• Strong foundation in trauma-informed care practices, alongside familiarity with evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Excellent documentation skills and experience coordinating care within a multidisciplinary team framework.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within telehealth platforms and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to enhance service delivery.

• Understanding of the DSM-5 and proficiency in developing appropriate treatment interventions based on clinical assessments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
