Key Responsibilities\n

• Independently conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to formulate diagnoses aligned with patients' needs.

• Collaborate with students, parents, and educational staff to design and implement patient-centered treatment plans that foster engagement and emotional growth.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment methodologies such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation to administer therapeutic interventions.

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, school counselors, and primary care providers, to foster a holistic and integrated healing environment.

• Monitor treatment efficacy and progress through systematic tracking, either virtually or in person, adapting plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

• Support clients in medication management, focusing on compliance and assessing treatment side effects to ensure patient safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students from diverse backgrounds experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral concerns. You will work collaboratively with the school staff to identify at-risk students and initiate necessary interventions, thereby enabling enhanced emotional and academic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
