Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to understand the unique needs of each client and recommend appropriate interventions.

• Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions remotely, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to clients' specific circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention and management, ensuring that clients receive immediate support during challenging moments.

You will primarily work with clients facing mental health challenges related to addiction, trauma, and co-occurring disorders.
