Registered Nurse - Night Shift (3x12) - Telemetry Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 3x12 Night Shifts (19:00 - 07:00) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in Telemetry to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide care to patients with telemetry needs in accordance with nursing standards and protocols. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and interventions. Maintain accurate patient records using Epic charting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control measures. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required. Travel experience preferred.
