The Role at a Glance

We are excited to bring on a Sr. Associate, PPLI Support to support the Retail Solutions business in a work from home environment.

Background Details
As a Sr. Associate, PPLI Support, you will manage the end-to-end administration of Private Placement Life Insurance (PPLI) new business and case management activities, including forms management, policy issuance, policy delivery, and ongoing case support. Serving as a key point of contact for PPLI Sales, Underwriting, Product, specialty brokers, and other business partners, you will guide stakeholders through case requirements, status updates, and next steps while ensuring new business submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant. In partnership with Underwriting and Product teams, you will support case approvals, policy issuance, IDF implementation, planning, and funding activities. You will also support operational functions across PPLI and Executive Benefits products (COLI, BOLI, and ICOLI) by processing premium payments, renewals, fund transfers, and related transactions. Additionally, you will maintain PPLI forms and coordinate regulatory updates with Compliance, Legal, and State Filing teams, resolve service and reporting issues, identify operational risks and process improvement opportunities, and contribute to departmental initiatives that enhance efficiency, service delivery, and business outcomes. What you'll be doing

• You will own the end-to-end PPLI new business process, including forms management, policy issuance, and policy delivery, while building and maintaining effective relationships with distribution partners, brokers, underwriters, and key internal stakeholders.
• You will serve as a primary point of contact for PPLI Sales, Underwriting, Product, specialty brokers, and other partners, providing clear guidance on case requirements, status, and next steps.
• You will review new business submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established requirements and resolve routine discrepancies before advancing cases.
• You will collaborate with Underwriting to support case approval and completes policy issuance activities within the new business platform. You will also coordinate with Product and other partners to support IDF implementation, planning, funding, and related case activities.
• You will maintain PPLI forms and coordinates updates with Compliance, Legal, and State Filing to support timely and accurate regulatory submissions.
• You will perform assigned PPLI post-issue and Executive Benefits operational activities, including premium payments, renewals, fund transfers, and related transactions.
• You will research and resolve challenging but well-defined service, transaction, and reporting issues using established procedures, reports, and available resources, escalating exceptions as appropriate.
• You will identify case-level risks, financial implications, process gaps, or service concerns and communicate findings and recommended next steps to appropriate partners.
• You will contribute to team projects and process improvements by sharing operational insights, completing assigned deliverables, and supporting the implementation of departmental and enterprise changes.

What we’re looking for

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
• 1+ Years in Life Insurance or new business/case management that directly relates to the specific responsibilities of this role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multitask while maintaining strict attention to detail
• Ability to evaluates information and data trends, solve challenging but non-complex problems, apply sound judgment to draw conclusions and act effectively in situations with limited standardization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

The pay range for this position is $52,500 - $84,000 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
