The candidate should have prior experience with RFP development, preferably in Health and Human Services within the government sector. For more information, see the attached SOW.The business analyst will work closely with the DPH SyS staff and BITS technical staff on this initiative.1. Preferred QualificationsExperience developing requests for proposals (RFP’s) and experience evaluating RFP responsesExperience gathering business requirements for software systemsStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishPrior experience working with Federal, State, or Local GovernmentPrior experience supporting Public Health or a Health and Human Service AgencyIndustry Business Analysis certification a PLUS (PMI-BA, IIBA-CBAP, etc.)
