Nestlé USA, Inc. seeks multiple Senior Business Analyst in Arlington VA

Duties: Support high profile analytics initiatives currently in flight at NUSA, helping to connect business problems and opportunities to advanced analytics solutions that drive real value for the commercial business. Support identifying and framing advanced analytics opportunities in commercial business. Gather detailed business requirements and work with technical resources to translate into technical requirements. Assist execution of user acceptance testing, documenting process, requirements, and enabling execution. Build business cases and results measurement programs and prepare briefings for senior leadership. Partner with commercial digital leadership to determine prioritization of advanced analytics use cases. Assist in commercial business advanced analytics strategy development and socialization. Work with Sr. Director Commercial Analytics to manage the delivery of innovative, cross-functional solutions which comprehensively address the asks of the business. Collaborate with Analytics, Data, and IT teams within the NUSA Digital & eComm Team, and business functions across our portfolio of analytics projects. Telework is available up to 2 days per week.

Salary: $124144.47 – $134144.47 per year

Requirements:

Job requires Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as an IT Project Manager, Business Analyst, or a closely related occupation involving experience in technical project management. Required experience must include all of the following:

• 3 years of experience working with data visualization techniques and tools including: histograms, scatter plots, box plots, heat maps, Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, and SQL;

• 3 years of experience in project management using agile delivery processes;

• 3 years of experience in commercial functions within consumer products;

• 3 years of experience preparing technical documentation, detailing requirements, modeling and mapping business processes, and preparing business value cases for analytics delivery

• teams;

• 3 years of experience preparing project deliverables, status updates, and presentations for senior corporate leadership;

• 2 years of experience developing, training, and testing advanced analytics models;

• 2 years of experience analyzing data and preparing insights for business users.
