Sourcing Specialist

Position Overview The IT Sourcer plays a critical role in building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines across a variety of technical roles. This individual will focus on sourcing qualified candidates, executing strategic outreach, and supporting recruiters throughout the hiring lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, sales-driven environment and enjoys research, outreach, and relationship building. Key Responsibilities Proactively source qualified IT professionals using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking platforms, referrals, and database searches Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening calls to assess experience, qualifications, and interest level Partner closely with recruiters to understand role requirements and hiring priorities Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future openings Track candidate activity and maintain accurate documentation within the ATS/CRM Assist in coordinating interviews and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with candidates to ensure a strong candidate experience Why Join SkyBridge Aviation At SkyBridge Aviation, you’ll be part of a competitive, collaborative team that values drive, accountability, and growth.
