We are looking for a new team member to join a busy community practice that specializes in comprehensive, general pediatric care. Advocare LLC is a physician-owned partnership of leading pediatricians, family practitioners, and specialists serving communities across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to join our growing healthcare team. Requirements:

Perform physical examinations and diagnose/treat illnesses, injuries, and other health conditions

Track and assess patient growth and monitor physical, emotional, and social development

Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory results

Utilize the EMR system efficiently to review, collect, and document patient information

Conduct well visits, administer routine vaccinations, and provide age-appropriate guidance

Educate patients and families on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices

Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with compliance standards

 

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution

Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice

Board certification or eligibility in [specialty, e.g., Pediatrics, Family Medicine]

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-oriented, patient-focused setting
