Right Of Way (ROW) Acquisition & Permitting Agent
Payrate: up to $52/hr., W-2. Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance is available. Health savings account, Flexible spending accounts, Life insurance and Retirement plan are also available.
We are currently seeking an Right Of Way (ROW) Acquisition & Permitting Agent with 10+ years' experience who will be responsible for performing:
- Land and Right Of Way (ROW) Acquisition and Permitting functions for new construction and operation projects within an assigned location.
- Assist with and develop preliminary pipeline routes, cost estimates and schedules for projects.
- Prepare reports related to easement rights, title updates, landowner claims; prepare and negotiate legal agreements associated with real property.
- Identify and acquire permits from private, local, state and federal agencies.
- Assess, negotiate, settle and issue checks for damage claims.
- Requires limited guidance and assistance from the Land Manager/Supervisor.
- This is 100% onsite position in either Lexington, SC (preferred) or Alpharetta, GA. (alternate). No remote or hybrid.
- Candidates MUST already possess an active Broker or Broker-in-Charge (BIC) license with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC)
- Cannot consider people who are willing to obtain or in the middle of obtaining license due to timing.
