Why You’ll Love This Opportunity Executive-level visibility and strategic influence Lead sales operations for an innovative technology company Opportunity to modernize systems and improve business performance Partner directly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Executive Leadership Competitive compensation package with company performance bonus Minimal travel with a stable onsite leadership position What You’ll Do Lead Sales Operations Oversee the day-to-day operations of Sales Support and Customer Service teams Develop and improve scalable sales processes, workflows, and best practices Drive CRM optimization, pipeline management, and data integrity Partner with Sales Leadership on forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across the sales organization Drive Customer Experience Lead and mentor the Customer Service team to deliver exceptional support Establish service-level standards and performance metrics Improve customer satisfaction, retention, and issue resolution processes Develop reporting around customer service performance and operational KPIs Enable Sales Success Support the sales team through proposal, quotation, and contract processes Develop sales tools, training, and operational resources Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead management and sales follow-up Ensure consistent execution across the customer journey Reporting & Analytics Build executive dashboards and sales performance reports Analyze sales trends, pipeline health, customer metrics, and forecasting Deliver actionable insights that support strategic business decisions Help leadership identify opportunities for continuous improvement What We’re Looking For 5+ years of Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Customer Service Leadership, or Commercial Operations experience Proven experience leading sales support and/or customer service teams Strong CRM administration experience (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Oracle, or similar) Experience building dashboards, KPIs, forecasting, and executive reporting Strong process improvement and project management skills Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities Bachelor's degree preferred Preferred Experience Experience supporting organizations in one or more of the following industries is highly valued: Industrial Technology Manufacturing Industrial Automation Mining Safety Technology Engineering Software & Technology Industrial Equipment B2B Technical Solutions Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $120,000–$140,000 25% Company Performance Bonus On-Target Earnings: $160,000–$165,000 Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off Less than 10% overnight travel All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran's status.
