About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Human Resources to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a senior executive leader and strategic operator, responsible for aligning people, operations, and administrative strategy with the company's growth. This role is pivotal in leading organizational design, workforce planning, and change management to support the expansion of the business. The VP of HR will also oversee all HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and the full employee lifecycle, and will be a champion of culture-building initiatives and DE&I programs. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive HR leadership experience in a high-growth or project-based environment, with a strong command of multi-state employment law and HR compliance. The role requires a proven track record in building and scaling people, recruiting, and operational infrastructure, as well as experience in executive-level recruiting and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have a background in renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate, or construction, and industry experience is strongly preferred. Certification in HR (SHRM-SCP or SPHR) and experience with modern HRIS and ATS platforms are a plus. The VP of HR will be expected to manage budgets with financial discipline, represent the organization in executive forums, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
