An established outpatient primary care practice in Glastonbury, CT, is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join their growing team. - 100% outpatient, office-based primary care
- Adult patient population (18+)
- Dedicated Medical Assistant and nursing support
- Integrated Behavioral Health services, Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
- Efficient clinical operations and engaged care teams
- Epic EMR with Dragon dictation and AI-assisted clinical documentation technology
Compensation

- MD or DO
