Description: Travelers must maintain a permanent address greater than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible to apply. The position is for Medical Surgical nursing. Shifts are Day shifts, scheduled as 3 days per week from 07:00 to 19:30. The daily patient ratio is typically 1 nurse to 5 patients, with a possible adjustment to 1:6 if necessary. The department uses navy blue scrubs and operates with an EPIC electronic medical records system. Interdisciplinary support includes various services such as physical therapy and pharmacy. The nursing staff may need to manage isolation precautions and IV therapy. The hospital has an active focus on providing quality medical care and strong community support.
