Uta Halee Academy (UHA) is a female‑specific, residential program that offers young women opportunities to build productive and meaningful futures for themselves and their communities. What you will do As a Therapeutic Manager, you will be responsible for administering, developing, and facilitating the completion of case plans and prescriptive treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on your caseload. The Therapeutic Manager is the primary service provider for individual, group, family, and case management services. This position requires monthly on‑call duties. To be considered you should Be at least 21 years of age. Master’s degree required and licensed to provide therapeutic services: LPCC; LMFT; LIMHP, PLMHP; CAC II; or CAC III. Three years of experience with juveniles. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test. Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry. Schedule Will consider candidates interested in part‑time or full‑time positions. Must be able to work Tuesdays and Thursdays to facilitate the treatment group. Weekend availability for a monthly on‑call rotation requirement. Working hours are typically between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Apply today and Make a Difference in the Lives of Youth!
