WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT Supports the Director of Talent in building proactive pipelines ahead of multiple upcoming hiring initiatives. Owns full-cycle recruiting activities, moving candidates from initial outreach through offer stage. Helps strengthen recruiting infrastructure during a period of continued organizational expansion. Ensures the business can scale effectively by identifying and engaging high-quality talent ahead of demand. Builds strong relationships with hiring leaders and acts as a trusted recruiting partner across the organization. THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS Experience operating as a full-cycle recruiter in either an in-house or embedded/contract recruiting environment. Proven ability to pipeline talent proactively and manage multiple searches simultaneously. Strong partnership mindset with hiring leaders, HR, and talent leadership. Experience recruiting across corporate, professional, or technical roles in growing organizations.
