Youll service a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC systems while receiving the tools, training, and team support needed to continue developing your career.What Youll Do:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, split systems, and heat pumpsDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues and identify effective solutionsObtain necessary replacement parts and calibrate equipment according to manufacturer recommendationsExplain equipment conditions, recommended repairs, and next steps clearly to customersPerform scheduled preventive maintenance to support reliable, efficient system operationTravel to customer locations throughout the Knoxville service areaCoordinate with dispatch and communicate schedule changes or delays promptlyDocument service calls and resolutions accurately using company software and applicationsParticipate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule, including nights and weekendsMaintain a clean, safe work area, company vehicle, and assigned equipmentBuild positive working relationships with customers, teammates, and leadershipParticipate in company- and vendor-provided trainingWhat Were Looking For:Three to five years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience preferredUniversal EPA Section 608 certificationHVAC certification from an accredited technical or trade programHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsValid drivers license and an acceptable driving recordAbility to work independently while contributing to the larger teamProfessional communication and customer-service skillsCommitment to safe, accurate, high-quality workAbout Perfection GroupWe believe a well-managed facility can transform our world.
