We’re looking for Masters in Public Health (MPH) graduates to help us get health right at scale. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hours/week What You'll Do Design Complex Health Scenarios - Create advanced public health challenges involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, and statistical interpretation of clinical trials to rigorously test AI understanding. Author Ground-Truth Solutions - Write rigorous, evidence-based responses that synthesize peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and current guidelines from authoritative sources like the CDC and WHO. Audit AI Outputs - Evaluate AI-generated health advice and policy recommendations for accuracy, bias, and adherence to ethical standards. Identify gaps, misinformation, and flawed reasoning. Refine AI Reasoning - Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI models distinguish correlation from causation, communicate health risks clearly, and respond appropriately to diverse populations.
