Staff Development Coordinator

Under the direction of the System Director of Provider Training and Support, this role provides guidance, mentorship, training, and ongoing support to staff within the Program Services Division, while collaborating with the healthcare system of care to streamline processes and advance agency initiatives.

Minimum qualifications

Minimum Education : Bachelor's Degree

Defined Education: Health or Human Services; Acceptable Degrees Include: Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavioral Services field, Communication Disorders, Criminal Justice, Counseling, Education, Family Studies, Gerontology, Educational Psychology, Health Services, Human Services field, Human Growth and Development, Medicine, Nursing, Physician Assistant, Psychology, Rehabilitation, Social Services field, Social Work, Sociology, and Special Education


Preferences: Master's Degree

Experience: One (1) Years' Experience:


Defined Experience: Working with individuals with a behavioral health issue, intellectual or developmental disability, development difficulties, or substance use issues.

License/Certifications: Valid Texas Driver's License, Eligible to obtain Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-CS) certification.
