Technical Project ManagerShift Digital is the leader in digital marketing program optimization. Established in 2008 and headquartered in Birmingham Michigan, our comprehensive solutions help national brands and their local retailers measure, manage, and improve the performance of their digital marketing and sales initiatives.We are looking to add a Technical Project Manager to our Software Delivery team. As a Technical Project Manager you will act as a liaison between our clients and our technology team. You will also be expected to have a working knowledge of our products. Typical roles and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:Lead project kick-off meetingsWork closely with internal account teams to gather initial requirements for technical projectsAssist internal Business Analysts in gathering details required for technical requirementsCreate and manage project plansEnsure all stakeholders are aware if dependencies are not met or timing is at riskAssist with testing and QA as requiredManage communications with vendors and partnersAttend client and account calls/meetings as requiredInterface with creative team to develop product mockupsDocument and distribute meeting minutes for all calls/meetingsDesired Skills and Experience1-3 yrs. of experience in a project management roleSolid understanding of the digital marketing and advertising landscapeExcellent communication and organization skillsMust be self-motivated, possess strong phone skills, and be able to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentTech savvyBachelor's Degree requiredCompetency with MS Project and/or other project management toolsPMP Certification is a plus while not requiredStrong Excel skillsWorking knowledge of SQL preferredThis is an on-site role in our Birmingham, MI office.EOE
