Preconstruction Manager

My client, a leading national construction contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex healthcare and life sciences projects, is looking to appoint an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join their growing team in Dallas. With an impressive portfolio that includes hospitals, medical campuses, research laboratories, pharmaceutical facilities, and advanced life sciences developments , this organisation is recognised for delivering technically challenging projects that have a lasting impact on communities and innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of the pre-construction process from pursuit through contract award. Prepare conceptual, schematic, design development, and GMP estimates. Develop cost plans, budgets, procurement strategies, and value engineering solutions. Review drawings and specifications to identify risks and opportunities. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and specialist subcontractors. Lead constructability reviews and design coordination meetings. What My Client Is Looking For Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. 8+ years' experience in pre-construction, estimating, or project management within commercial construction. Proven experience delivering healthcare, laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences projects. Strong knowledge of conceptual estimating, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, and value engineering. #J-18808-Ljbffr Just Construction Recruitment
