About the Role:

Gammon Theological Seminary in Atlanta, GA is seeking a passionate and dedicated Assessment and Learning Specialist to join their academic team. Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and evaluate student learning assessments aligned with institutional and accreditation standards
• Collaborate with faculty to develop curriculum assessment tools and outcome measurement strategies
• Analyze assessment data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for academic program improvement
• Support faculty in integrating evidence-based instructional practices and learning technologies
• Coordinate institutional effectiveness reporting and accreditation documentation related to student learning outcomes
• Facilitate professional development workshops for faculty on assessment best practices
• Maintain accurate records of assessment activities, findings, and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Higher Education Administration, or a related field
• Experience in academic assessment, instructional design, or educational program evaluation
• Familiarity with accreditation processes and institutional effectiveness frameworks
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with faculty and administration
• Experience in a theological, seminary, or faith-based academic environment is a plus
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to academic excellence and student success
